Job Description:

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-presented Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain records of walk-ins and meetings
  • Handle basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal departments as needed (HR, Admin, Sales, etc.)
  • Receive and distribute couriers or mail
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy
  • Support other front office tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Hindi (or local language)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
