Job Description:
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-presented Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a warm and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain records of walk-ins and meetings
- Handle basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments as needed (HR, Admin, Sales, etc.)
- Receive and distribute couriers or mail
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy
- Support other front office tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Hindi (or local language)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
